Order Procurement
After confirmation of order from the buyer’s end, our QA team visit the selected factory to confirm the flowing :
- Availability of Machinery equipment.
- Skills of the Team Workers (section wise)
- Factory Production plan
- Strength of QC team of the factory
- Factory Environment.
We proceed to transfer the order to the factory after complete the inspection of the factory by our QC team and submit their report.
After receiving order sheet :
Responsible merchandiser check and analize the “order sheet” in the professional manner with special attention to the following :-
- Fit sample check based on buyer’s instruction.
- All lab-dip check Acc. O/Sheet
- All accessories term Check Acc. O/Sheet
- PP Sample based on the latest fit sample comments.
For procuring Order, we follow our internal Procurement Chart :-
During Production :
Following reports are to submit by the merchandiser based on the order :-
- All bulk yarn swatch (Lot wise)
- inline running order
- daily production report
- Size set Approved
- Color Acc. Based on Order Sheet
Action Plan and Gantt Chart.
Our skilled production and merchandising team execute the production and shipment through combine forces in the professional manner. They are always leaded under guidance of our internal “Action Plan ” and protocol to execute the Order and “Gantt Chart” for production and shipment schedule and Buyers are always kept in touch with up date .
Shipping Co-ordination:
Our team strictly follow up the buyers requirements regarding production, quality and shipment. Shipping documents, B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, Original GSP, Certificate of origin, export certificate etc. are checked by our experts before sending it to the buyer. Special care is deported to avoid any discrepancy in the documentation.
Reporting Order Status :
Buyers are always kept up date with Order status, Inspection & shipment report through electronic and other media preferred by the buyers.
GSP Facilities are available for EEC Buyers.
